Hola !!!!! Primeramente me encantaria felicitar a misden por su programa workout....esta padrisimo solo me gustaria solicitarles de la manera mas atenta lo pasaran no tan temprano ya que a mi me encanta ver las rutinas pero como yo vivo aca en Torreón lo pasan sabados y domingos de 5:00 a 5:30 a.m. y creanme que como yo trabajo se me dificulta levantarme tan temprano en fin de semana ya que toda la semana lo hago por que tengo 2 hijos y hago ejercicio...y trato de cuidarme y las rutinas estan padrisimas y casi tengo todo los accesorios pero solo que lo pasan muy temprano y mas siendo fin de semana....agradeceria que pasaran una 1hr. y un poco mas tarde aunque fuera a las 6:00 a.m. Gracias y FELICIDADES !!!

Hace aprox. dos meses que hago ejercicio contigo al ver tu programa, el cual esta excelente. Ya he bajado un poco de peso y he estado reduciendo medidas lo cual me ha motivado mucho a seguir adelante. Pero tengo un pequeño problema, sigo teniendo el abdomen muy abultado, ¿Qé ejercicos me puedes recomentar para poder ver mejores resultados?...Pues si hago abdominales...
